Our Cancellation Policy

To all clients, all deposits are none refundable and cancellation must be 48 hours notice.

We have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy. All returning clients who don’t cancel on time for an appointment will be charged 50% of the previous service.

Less than 24 hours notice/ no show will be 100% charge of the appointment. Failure to pay will result in all future appointments being cancelled.

This policy is automatically agreed to upon booking appointments with sunkissed.

Please can we ask clients to leave extra time to arrive on time for appointments, we all know that town can be super busy at Christmas. If you are running late please call us and let us know.

We know most of our clients like extra nail art for Christmas which is absolutely fine, but if you would like a design with a lot of detail please let us know in advance so we can allow more time.
